Welcome to Gullkisi Cattery

Gullkisi is a FIFE and CFA registered Cattery in Selfoss. It is a small town in the east of Iceland which is located basically in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. My name is Kolbrún and I raise my cats together with my family. Our cats are our "sweet hearts". They take a part of our life and we all together enjoy it. My cats are moving free in our house and we are a cageless cattery. Our cattery is not a big one and I would like it remains so in the future . Our goal is to breed healthy, happy persian-babies with a sweet, open expression and of course with show quality. I also have the privilege to have my friend Bryndís as a partner and co-breeder. She lives in the capital of the city of the north Akureyri together with her husband Siggi, her daughter and of course with all her cats. Our thanks to all these breedes who divide their lines with us and help us to make the name of Gullkisi.

Especially thanks go to my mentor and friend Ólöf, who makes it possible to have these unbelievable, incredible and gorgeous cats. In the coming months we want to start our solid persians program and we hope of our first cpc and solid kittens.
